The BG10S Concert Body is a bit smaller than a dreadnaught, focusing on mid-range and higher frequencies. It especially sparkles in finger picking and single note playing, with a balanced, focused sound. This smaller body also makes it comfortable for players of any size.
Solid Spruce adorns this guitar’s top, accommodating multiple styles of music with a perfect blend of strength and flexibility. A mahogany back, sides, and neck provides a warm balance to the sound, and a dovetail neck joint transfers string vibrations evenly throughout the entire guitar, to ears, body, mind and spirit.
The fretboard is made from versatile and rare tonewood Merbau, sustainably harvested from the Kwila tree. It is known for strong bass response, notable sustain, and articulated highs, rounding out the tonal qualities of Bodhi Guitars. Advanced X-Bracing allows the top to vibrate more freely, further supporting a larger, richer sound.
