The BG20E’s larger and broader Dreadnaught Body provides excellent projection and volume, and sustain. Advanced X-Bracing allows the top to vibrate more freely, further supporting a larger, richer sound. Spruce is an ideal choice for guitar tops, accommodating multiple styles of music with a perfect blend of strength and flexibility.
African Mahogany, also called Okoume, is used on the back and sides, and Palaquium Mahogany is used on the neck, creating a warm and clear projection of the guitar’s sound. A dovetail neck joint transfers string vibrations evenly throughout the entire guitar, to ears, body, mind and spirit.
The fretboard is made from the versatile and rare tonewood Merbau, sustainably harvested from the Kwila tree. It is known for strong bass response, notable sustain, and articulated highs, rounding out the tonal qualities of Bodhi Guitars.
The BG20E features onboard electronics, an EQ with a built-in tuner, and allows you to take your guitar to whatever sonic place you’re going. A rare find in an affordable guitar, Bodhi is that great sounding, versatile instrument you’ll want to take everywhere.
